active brain

my brain feels very activated all of a sudden. it feels full. busy. i wonder if thats a positive.

we just had dinner. the whole family was together. mom, dad, my sister and her kids and partner, me, and all the dogs even my sisters two pugs. a busy house for sure.

my sister has a hangover. and the kids are bugging her to take them to the park. she said she will take them later.

there was a tv show on last night that I wanted to see. It was called the voices in my head. About schizophrenics and schizophrenia in ireland. I will have to download the RTE player ap to my I phone and watch it on catch up.

I fell asleep which is why I missed it. I heard it was good because my friend rose watched it.

  1. I think it’s positive unless it doesn’t make you uncomfortable. I like to feel that I have active brain, I can do a lot then, but I hate it when I feel that thoughts are racing through my brain and I can’t focus on anything particular for a longer time. So it depends on whether it’s active or hyperactive, I guess. And this programme sounds very interesting indeed.
