i’ve had a pretty lazy saturday. i didnt get up to much. i slept for a long time today. it was so good to be able to catch up on sleep. the weather was terrible so i never ended up going to my friend rose’s house. i had a bit of a headache also so i decided best to just stay indoors out of the wet weather, and do some self care, hence why i slept so much of today away.
spent this evening just chilling out and watching tv. x factor is back, i just love that show, its one of my favourites, because as you all know singing is a great passion of mine! i never thought of applying to be on the show though, lol. think i’d be too nervous.
i’ve decided to set myself some goals for the upcoming week, goals to do with my healthy lifestyle and weight loss. so here they are.
1 drink 2 litres of water a day, thats 4 500 ml bottles, more if I can!
2 Exercise 5 out of the 7 days this week. Do at least 10 thousand steps if I am able to.
3 Make a point to eat more vegetables.
4 Stay positive!
5 Eat mindfully!
6 Eat some fruit every day, this wont be too hard as I love fruit.
So those are my goals wish me luck completing them will give you an update on how things go at the end of the week!
