A fun question… for everyone

If you had just one day where you were pain free, depression free, free from any unhappy times, moods, etc, what do you think you would do?

  1. I would either go to the zoo and enjoy my day there (I struggle with being around strangers, travelling, and being around children) or I’d go back to London and spend a day drinking lovely cocktails in expensive bars! (Can’t drink alcohol on my medication and also like being in control) X

  2. I hope this day would happen when my husband has the day off from work, so I could finally show him how much I love him without my depression or irritability getting in the way. We’d also do things together like swimming, making handmade soap and such. On that day, I’d cook my husband a meal and do the housework for that day, as I’d be free from the executive dysfunction that normally holds me back too.

  3. I would sit with my arm around my wife and watch my young children run and jump into the water in our favourite place in the world, Ettrick Bay in Scotland, I’d tell my wife I love her and that everything one day will be OK

  4. I find it difficult to get out far as I have really bad social anxiety. I’d love to be able to take my children somewhere for the Day, to enjoy ourselves and spend time together with no worries. A day out somewhere like the beach, where we could do what other families find easy! I could sunbathe without having arms full of scars (my arms never see daylight).
I’d have a day of everything being ok, no past interfering in any way and real happiness with my boys 💜❤

      1. I would go to a concert and enjoy myself, I find crowds difficult to deal with so just being in a crowd is hard for me, but I would like to be able to go to a concert of one of my favourite bands and just enjoy the moment just enjoy the music and being there

  5. I would go out and be around people doing things I want to do… roller skating, line dancing, go to a dancing class so I could learn to salsa… I would do things without a thought of what anyone thought about me… I would live … without hesitation!!!!

      1. That sounds great. I didn’t realize you were blind so I’ll describe a sunset to you. A Maui sunset is not only beautiful, it exudes a sense of peace so great that for a brief moment you forget about everything and all you can think is how life is good. It’s a wonderful feeling felt throughout your body. That feeling when you know God is good. God is wonderful and no matter the challenge you might be experiencing for that brief moment you know everything is going to be ok
