I did good again today! I am very proud of myself!

15 mins on the treadmill, distance 1 mile, speed 4

    1. Yeah I am trying to keep track of what I am eating, it makes me more accountable, it helps, it makes me more mindful of what food I eat when I know I have to write a food diary at the end of each day
