Tuesdays food diary

today was a great day food wise. I did everything right.

breakfast
2 wheetabix
an orange
a mug of coffee

Lunch
A turkey sandwich
an apple
Mug of coffee

Dinner
Potatos, peas, chicken fillet

Snack
A fruit salad

Extra
bottle of pepsi max, more coffee

Yes I know I need to work at trying to cut out coffee, I drink a lot of the stuff. But for now I’m happy with what I have been doing. Baby steps. In time I will cut down on my coffee intake.

Exercise
One mile on the treadmill. Speed 4, time, 12 minutes.

  1. I found that cutting down to only having caffeinated coffee in the morning and the rest decaff made me feel like I was drinking coffee (if it’s the taste you like). If it’s the caffeine then switch to 1 coffee in the morning and the rest tea with decaff options after 4pm. I am a caffeine addict and used to swear that it didn’t affect my sleep but I find I sleep much better if I drink decaff after 4pm. Try it. It’s easier to down shift to either decaff options or to something else than cut out altogether. easier to maintain x
