i was at my nutritionist this morning and i am down another 3 pounds! that is 3 pounds in 3 weeks. yay i am so excited! now i weigh 216 pounds, i’ve had a total weight loss of 13 pounds in the last month. i also managed 30 minutes of exercise today, i did 10 mins on the treadmill this morning and then i went for a 20 minute walk this evening with my mom. I feel so good have lots of energy and my mood is good too. I wont see Karen again now for another 2 weeks, and I am hopeful when I do go back to her again that I will be down another 2 pounds, a pound a week is a good weight loss I’ll take that any day. I’ve been constantly exercising too every day for at least 1 kilometer which if I do it on the treadmill takes me 12 minutes, or 10 minutes depending on my speed. Everyones starting to notice my weight loss now which is really spurring me on. At the beginning of September I am going to go buy some new clothes, I’ll have to get rid of some of my bigger sizes then, they are very unflattering now on me because they dont fit well and there is too much room and they kind of swing off of me.
so yep am thrilled very focused and determined to keep going and keep on losing.
