so yesterday was my best day for exercise. i not only got on the treadmill once, i got on it twice!
the first time i got on it for 15 minutes. my distanc was 1.21 km, and i managed that in 15 minutes, so proud of myself.
the second time i did a 10 minute jog, and managed to clock up 0.75 KM! which is almost half a mile.
in total i did 25 minutes of exercise yesterday which is good for me as I am not used to doing loads of exercise.
I plan on trying to quicken my pace over the next little while. Right now I think I am doing about speed of 4.
It feels so good to exercise. Its really been a positive experience for me. My mental health is better because ofexercise also.
