Do you exercise daily? If you do exercise, what helps you to stay motivated?

  1. With vacation happening a month ago, I got out of my routine. But I started it up again a couple of days ago by taking my small dog, Trinity, on walks. We only walk a mile and in the evening after dinner when the weather is cooler. It really helps that I have a dog that I can walk. That gives me motivation.


  2. I try to exercise daily. I can’t say that I really do it EVERY day, but at least every second day. My motivation is to strengthen my muscles for riding and generally do anything that could help me to be a better rider. I have a few congenital problems with legs, which aren’t very signifaicant and don’t affect my day to day life, but make my riding a bit more difficult than for a “normal” person. So during the week I try to strengthen them, to develop my riding skills faster and easier. Besides I also exercise just to be fit. But anyway everything that regard my exercises is strictly connected with riding.
