I’ve had a very good day. I’m doing very well in regards to food and exercise. I had a healthy breakfast of wheetabix, a healthy lunch of a ham sandwich, and a healthy dinner of a ham and cheese omlette.
I’m pretty proud of myself!
I did 10 minutes on the treadmill. Distance, 0.61 kilometres, time 10 minutes, calories burned 58.
Tomorrow I get weighed. I am nervous. I hope I’ve done enough this week. I think I have but you just never know how its going to go. Hoping it goes well and I’ll have lost.
