My weight loss journey is going really well. I’ve had a very good Friday.
I woke up feeling energised so decided to get on the treadmill in the morning before I had my shower. I did my 15 minutes, which felt really great. I’m actually really starting to love the treadmill. I’m thinking of adding a cardio workout to my exercise regime. I bought a described work out on a website called blind alive which specialises in workouts for the visually impaired a couple months back, and I havent really used it much, so I’m seriously thinking about encorporating that in to my exercise routine.
I did good with my food today too. I had a nice healthy breakfast of yoghurt, and wheetabix which is a cerial. For lunch I had a roast beef sandwich, and for dinner I had chicken curry with rice. I made a fruit salad just now with kiwi, orange and apple in it. And I put plain yoghurt over it. It was delicious.
My energy levels are good despite me getting little sleep for the past couple of nights. My mood is also good today. I feel very accomplished and pleased with my success. I’m also doing well with my water intake, I’ve drank 2 litres of water today.
So all in all I would say its been a win win day all around.
