  1. One thing… hard to choose, ’cause I think I haven’t just one thing which always helps me. But most often I listen to music to distract and it always helps somehow, sometimes more, sometimes less, but helps.

  2. When I get extremely emotional, anxious, or scared, I sing the song ‘Jennifer’s Rabbit’ by Tom Paxton. My mom used to sing it to me when I was a kid. It helps more than anything else. My husband even sings it to me when I need it.
