  1. I suppose that you feel so because of the new situation that you’re now in, respite is surely a good thing, but it’s new for you and maybe it triggered such reaction of you. Anyway, try to relax, distract, and definitely do some mindful breathing. I’m sure it will help. Know that you’re safe, well, you know that, I mean think about it, that it’ll be OK and maybe try to think what exactly caused this overloading if you’re still not sure. Maybe if you’ll know it exactly, you will be able to calm down emotions quicker. I send you lots of hugs and of course I’m here if it could help you. Now I started exam session, so am not online as often as usually, but write if you need. 🙂
