Morning coffee

Its bliss. Sitting here drinking my morning coffee enjoying the birds singing. Procrastinating about whether I should go on the treadmill or wait until this evening to do it. Early mornings are the best. Quiet time, and I am able to reflect. I should open the breathe ap on my apple watch and do 10 mins of mindful breathing. I think I will.

  1. Yeah, it’s really blissful to have a morning coffee when it’s still quiet everywhere and the day is beginning. I would recommend you to have training and mindful breathing inthe morning, ’cause then you feel fresher and paradoxically can have more energy for the day, if you don’t overwork of course. Though for example my Mum works out twice a day, but she says that it should be at least two hours before you’ll go to sleep, ’cause otherwise it’s hard to fall asleep. Mindful breathing it’s also good twice a day, I suppose, though I never did it systematically.
