Its 8 Am. And I feel so good! I got up at 6:30 this morning. I decided that today is going to be the day I get motivated and start my work outs on the treadmill. So I went on, set my timer for 20 minutes, and went at quite a fast speed for the duration. It felt so good! I had turned on my heating in the house so when I was done I was really sweaty and had to jump in the shower afterwords. I plan on doing another 20 minutes tonight. I plan on doing this twice a day from now on. I wish I wasnt blind and could see what I’ve burned calory wise and stuff but maybe when I get my new apple watch today or tomorrow it will tell me what calories i’ve burned and how far I’ve walked etc. The main thing is though that I feel good and it is working for me!
