worked out feeling energised!

Its 8 Am. And I feel so good! I got up at 6:30 this morning. I decided that today is going to be the day I get motivated and start my work outs on the treadmill. So I went on, set my timer for 20 minutes, and went at quite a fast speed for the duration. It felt so good! I had turned on my heating in the house so when I was done I was really sweaty and had to jump in the shower afterwords. I plan on doing another 20 minutes tonight. I plan on doing this twice a day from now on. I wish I wasnt blind and could see what I’ve burned calory wise and stuff but maybe when I get my new apple watch today or tomorrow it will tell me what calories i’ve burned and how far I’ve walked etc. The main thing is though that I feel good and it is working for me!

  1. Oh, it’s wonderful that you have so much energy and determination. I’m sure you’ll succeed and see effects of your effort if you’ll still keep going like that. 🙂 Glad that you have a good day. Hope you’ll have now always much endorphines which will make you feel good. Excercising twice a day should give you really lots of endorphines.

  2. I bet this will help to elevate your mood, too. Just make sure the others don’t “rain on your parade”, as the saying goes. (smile)

    1. I only ended up doing 10 minutes this evening, it’s enough. I think half an hour a day is enough I’ll split up the two between morning and evening so probably to 15 minutes each morning and evening
