So today was spent with family. After seeing dr. barry this morning, mom and my sister came over to my house for a couple hours. My sister cooked breakfast, sausages and toast which was yummy. Mom did some stuff around my house, and cleaned the yard. She helped me get my bag ready because I am going to Dublin on Friday for the weekend. I am going to a friends house. After we got my bag ready she helped me shave my legs, I hate doing that but it needed to be done so I said I’d get it over with. We chatted and hung out for a while which was really nice. They left at around 2 pm, mom was going to run to the store and get me some shampoo and deodrant to take with me on Friday because I was out of them. After they left I took a nap. I didnt sleep very well last night so the nap was very much needed. I woke at around 4 PM, fed Nitro, and then went back in and laid down until my home help got here at 5. She helped me cook dinner and she just left about half an hour ago. My energy levels have returned again I seem to be kinda wound up. I’m wondering what I can do to simmer down. I feel hyper and like I could just go and go and I dont feel in the least bg tired. My PA kristen comes in the morning, she will take me to see karen the nutritionist. I doubt I’ve lost any weight this week because I couldnt exercise with my back being put out. I’ll get Kristen to drop me to mom and dads house when she finishes and I’ll stay there tomorrow night, and go directly to the train station from their house. I cant wait to go to dublin. The break will do me good.
