Weight loss, Week 3

I have great news! I went to my nutritionist today to be weighed! And I am down 2 pound!
Yay so happy about that. All my hard work is paying off. Now Im down 4 pounds since I started 3 weeks ago.
I think thats great progress. I have more energy, my mood is good when I exercise, I am less tired, etc.
Its a win win situation!
Week 3 and Im going in the right direction!

      1. I do too. Really struggle with it. I decided to do a 50 day emotional eating journal challenge. I thought it might help me gain insight to stop doing it. Thought it might be more helpful to have other people join. It might be inspiring and healing. I put up the list if you are keen to join. Maybe we can have a tag to find all related entries.
