i have bad voices talkin to me
in my head and its not any fun
they be sayin mean nasty awful fings to me
that i need to hurt the body and dat i shuld die
cuz i am a bad mean girl and nobudy likes me
i hate you stupid voices
i hate you your yucky
go away and leave me lone
i was cryin lots earlier
cuz i want a hug but nobodys here to hug me
i emailed eileen
she gone to bed now tho so she not get it till mornin
i need somone

I’ll send you a big hug, sweet-heart. Go and give Nitro a big cuddle. He’s a big warm dog and he likes cuddles. Those voices are not true, they just want you to think you’re bad, but you’re not. the big ones aren’t going to let anything happen to you. You’re a strong little girl and you can just stick out your tongue at those bad voices. They can’t hurt you unless you let them and you don’t have to let them.
