The basement clubs christmas night out

so as you all know we went to the xmas party for the basement club last night. it was a great night. there were about 22 of us and we went for a meal. it was a 3 course meal. starter, main and dessert. we had a choice of about four starters, five main courses, and then for dessert we got a sampler of four different desserts. i had bruchetta with cheese and peppers on top for starters, turkey and ham for my main course, which was served with mashed potatos, roast potatos, stuffing, and vegetables. the atmosphere was amazing. we all got a raffle ticket on our way in the door. while we were eating dessert the staff did the raffle. i won a prize of a treatment and blow dry at a top notch salon. the littles had a lot of fun pulling xmas crackers with one of our friends denise. they got a great thrill out of hearing the jokes in the christmas crackers. after the meal we went for drinks at another local bar. we met up with some more of the members there who didnt go to the meal. i really enjoyed the night. we’re having another christmas party in the basement club on the 21st. we all have to bring an item of food to that party. its a bring and share party. most of the members will go to that i’m sure and it will be a lot of fun too.
