Note to self

dont sleep for hours during the afternoon because now its impossible to sleep. and you have to be up early this morning to go see dr. barry. and to take part in world mental health day.
when will I learn?
No wonder my sleep patterns are all wrong. I’m kicking myself now for not staying awake and going to bed at a regular normal time.

  1. don’t kick yourself. I do the same thing and then I am going on 5 hours of sleep or less. I sleep whenever even though it is messing up my sleep habits big time and meals. I am eating less because I have been sleeping so much

  2. yah we all know routines are good for us, and help keep us stable, but that doesn’t mean we all are always successful at doing so every single time. so, try to keep up the routine but don’t kick yourself when you mess up. just start over.
