Intro post

Hi everyone

This is my brand new blog.   First let me tell you a little bit about me. I am 35 years old. I live in Ireland. I am blind and have been since birth. I am diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder and ptsd. This blog is about my therapy process. I have a wonderful treatment team. These include a therapist who I see weekly and a wonderful psychiatrist who I also see weekly. They are both amazing people and I don’t know where I’d be with out them. I also see an occupational therapist and a nutritionist but the majority of my treatment is therapy and psychiatry appointments. In this blog I will write in detail about these and I hope it will be helpful to others. If you have any comments do feel free to leave them on my posts or you can always email me. Thanks for reading and I look forward to making new friends and getting new readers.
