There’s a method to my madness

I was up and out the door by 9 AM this morning! There’s a method to my madness!
I had one very hyhped up lab to walk!
Even though he’s 10 now he has boundless energy!
He was full of the joys of spring, so I thought, we better get going and then maybe when we get home he’ll sleep!
No such luck though!
But the weather was lovely, and we had a 20 minute brisk walk around the block, we didnt meet a soul on our travels. Everyone was probably still in bed.
I suppose my method worked a little, because when we got home nitro was more relaxed, he drank a gallon of water and once Frances left he did settle down and sleep.
